Investing in Human Potential    

I provide individual counseling for ages 14 and up.  I am able to provide Telehealth Video Counseling through SimplePractice.  I have contracts with the following insurance plans:  Aetna, BCBS, Magellan, McLaren, Priority Health, TriWest, and United Healthcare.   I am unable to bill MEDICARE.  If you are out of network, 45-minute sessions are $150 or 60-minute sessions are $175; payable by cash, check, or credit card.  In some cases, your insurance plan will reimburse part of your expense and I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to them for reimbursement.  In cases of extreme hardship, a sliding scale fee may be used to determine payment.  

Although I may utilize several theoretical approaches, my core beliefs are strengths-based and nonjudgmental. You are the expert on your life and family.  Through the counseling relationship, we will work together to identify goals.  I will find ways to teach you new skills that are relevant to your unique situation.
